Thought I'd change the template of the blog. I was getting tired of the brown.
Oh, and I added the stupid word verification because I was starting to get spam.

Evy in pink
Through some gentle prodding (thanks Lonna) I finally got my camera back out and took some pictures. I made something called a ringlight that I used on this picture. It surrounds the lens in a "ring" of light, taking away most of the harsh shadows. I think is came out pretty well... plus Evy makes quite a good model.
If you look at the large version of the picture, you can see me reflected in her eyes.
She is so darling. I do like the fun tricks that you do with the camera. I like that you can see your reflection and the twinkling of the magic flash. I say that it is magic because she is smiling, and that is a great feat. I am so happy that your blog is not broken I was worried there for a little while.
Thanks for the post, I love to see updates of your family. And I am a big fan of drool these days, we see it all day long.
I especially love the little trail of drool gliding down her chin when you zoom in. That's a constant thing when they're this young, isn' it? Is she teething?
I am a sucker for the color pink on little girls. You just can't overdo it! So cute, I am glad we were able to see you all before we left! Thank you for making the effort! It was fun for well, me and Maddie to hold Evy for a little bit. :) Love you guys!

She's adorable, can't wait to see her again!
She only has eyes for Dad in this pic!
